The way we breathe affects our mental and in turn our physical state, and our mental state reflects in our breath.  The Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breath Coaching is by Patrick McKeown. Booking a Breathing Session

I offer a free introductory session, then a block of four one to one sessions to teach you very simple functional breathing techniques and delve a little more into knowledge about the breath.

Introductory session – 20 minutes conversation on how functional breathing will enhance your life, including testing your BOLT Score (Body Oxygen Level Test) and assessing your breathing pattern.

After our introductory session you can book a block of four x 30 minute one to one sessions which will give you:

  • Access to guided videos and audio

  • PDF breath guide

  • Support during the 4 weeks

At the end of the four sessions you will have your own breath toolkit.
